Service is not reflecting payment again

Please let me know you can see the attached PAID invoice from October of 2019 for 1 year of unlimited service. I've asked many times that this bee corrected. Please let me know the Over Billing will please stop. Additionally, Please refund all the months that I have been overcharged for since October.

Thank you for your question about your subscription. When we log in as you, it says that you are paid through August 12. There does not appear to be a problem with the service reflecting payment.
In summary, this is going to go on forever until you stop signing up for new subscriptions. We have made many attempts to explain this, but for some reason, the conversation keeps starting over.
1. You signed up and started a subscription.
2. You changed your eBay ID which created a new account.
3. You started a new subscription.
4. We refunded and canceled the duplicate subscription.
5. ** We told you the cancellation would take effect one month later, and you needed to contact us to reinstate it. **
6. Instead of doing Step 5, you did Step 3.
7. We refunded again.
