Thank you for your question about your subscription. When we log in as you, it says that you are paid through August 12. There does not appear to be a problem with the service reflecting payment.
In summary, this is going to go on forever until you stop signing up for new subscriptions. We have made many attempts to explain this, but for some reason, the conversation keeps starting over.
1. You signed up and started a subscription.
2. You changed your eBay ID which created a new account.
3. You started a new subscription.
4. We refunded and canceled the duplicate subscription.

6. Instead of doing Step 5, you did Step 3.
