Thank you for your question about the payment status. Please recall that we told you that canceling your previous subscription would take effect one month later, so you'd have to write us to turn it back on.
Unfortunately, you have now started another subscription. I can see how this would be very confusing .. although for the problem to stop, we must stop signing up for new subscriptions. :-) It is causing a chain reaction, so to speak.
