Thank you for your notice about the login. You should have better luck with the mail-password facility, since we made a few improvements: https://bidslammer.com/user/mailpass
In regard to the snipe time: It appears that your subscription expired on March 25. Since you paid with a credit card, it is not a recurring transaction. Just click "Upgrade" in the top menu bar and re-subscribe. However, you should wait 3 months to do that, because I just gave you an extra 3 months to say thank you for the login report.
