I am new to your platform, a convert from a site you purchased. I have had a high bid set in your program for 4 auctions I have lost. Is there a reason your program is not sending my high bids at the close? I have it set to 10 seconds...help

Thank you for your question about your snipes. I think you are referring to item 115233610216. You did no win this item because it is a Fixed Price listing, not an auction, and you bid $100 higher than the actual stated price. eBay has a mechanism in place to reject these bids so that you don't overpay.
In the other cases, you did not meet the minimum bid increment. You can see these errors by going to your "Completed" tab and hovering your mouse over the exclamation mark next to the auction with the error.
