Hello, I thought I was signing up for a year's worth of unlimited at a discounted price but somehow it's only 33 days? Is anyone able to enlighten me on what happened? Did I misunderstand or is this a glitch?

Hi, I remember reading that canceling the automatic subscription won't get rid of my remaining days. Can you help me cancel that? I don't like having automatic subscriptions because I want to buy them if I plan on using them.

Yes, you can cancel it at PayPal:
1. Log into PayPal.
2. In your list of transactions, click on the payment you made to BidSlammer.
3. Click "View Recurring Payment Details."
4. Where it says, "Status: Active," click "Active" and change it to "Cancel."
After these steps, you will be able to continue to have premium service until your term expires.

All I can see after entering the autopay section, in the active tab, and after clicking BidSlammer llc, would be "change payment method", "manage and cancel at BidSlammer LLC", "contact support", and "remove PayPal as payment method". I don't see the section that says Status: Active and when I click "manage and cancel at BidSlammer LLC", it just takes me to the BidSlammer page where I submit support requests.

Hmmm... I think the buyer's layout is different than the seller's layout. PayPal is so complex...
I will cancel for you. Do you want me to "suspend" or "cancel"? If you suspend, it will stop billing, but you can reactivate it later.
Happy to help either way. Let me know, thanks.

I forgot to say ... if you "suspend," it locks in the coupon price. Canceling does not.

I'd like to say cancel but I guess suspend is potentially better for me in the long run. Is there no real difference other than locking in the coupon price?
As long as I don't get charged again or any time in the future (assuming I don't unsuspend myself), then go ahead and suspend it for me. Otherwise, just canceling is fine.
Also, thanks for working this out with me.

Correct, all charges are stopped indefinitely, until you reactive or cancel permanently.
