I just paid for an annual subscription and it still is not showing up in my account. I also tried to paid multiple times but it froze when I paid. Now it is showing as 4 pending tranasctions of 56.00 each on my credit card account. Please advise.

Thank you for your question about this. The duplicate payments are refunded and your subscription shows correctly. Also, and extra 3 months was added as a good will gesture.
