How do I change from the monthly to annual plan without canceling my account, as I don't want to loose my snipes currently set up in the system.

Thank you for your inquiry. You can just cancel and wait until that period is over, then it will let you sign up for a new plan.

Hi Wendy,
You'll be fine. We never cancel bids, ever. If you cancel your subscription, our software doesn't even process it except to stop billing. It just keeps your subscription fully intact and you won't notice a thing. :) The subscription goes an extra couple of days until you see prompts to set up a new one.

p.s. You cancel at PayPal. Just find your last payment and cancel it. You will find your account unchanged. (It is pay in advance.)
