I am disappointed in your service. Having been a Powersnipe user for over 20 years, your service falls flat on its face. It is difficult to use, I get no feed back, can not search for items . basically a useless, and expensive service. Please cancel my subscription going forward

We do have a search feature -- it is located at the upper-left corner of your main dashboard.
