Hi-
The last time I came to Bidslammer to add a snipe a big window appeared telling me to choose a plan in order to 'continue sniping'. I chose the yearly subscription, thinking the time elapsed since the switch from Powersnipe must have flipped over to payment to Bidslammer. In adding a snipe today I noticed 'free for everyone' and went to your page of services/differences between basic free service and premium service. I do not want or need this annual subscription- your giant message window led me to believe it was a must to continue. I have cancelled my automatic subscription renewal on Paypal but would like to be refunded this $45 now that I know it was not a 'must'. Thanks

Hello Jane,
Thank you for your question about subscribing. PowerSnipe is closing their doors, and we agreed to become an extension of the PowerSnipe service -- which meant to do two things: (a) Honor the remainder of your subscription (in your case, 10 months) and (b) match PowerSnipe's pricing, i.e., give a discount on our annual cost. So that is how we programmed it.
So while the free plan isn't presented to PS customers, we do make it clear that the payment is optional --- and virtually none of the PS customers want the free plan as it is quite limited.
Are you certain you want the free plan? I don't mind refunding you, but it would just keep prompting you for payment. Inevitably, you might want to upgrade again anyway, as if you were still with PowerSnipe.
