Why is Powersnipe asking me to renew when I have paid a new subscription to you? I asked them but got no reply.

Thank you for your question about your PowerSnipe subscription. You can ignore their notice. They told us they have a bug or two with the transition. It isn't their intention to double-charge you, they're legit. We regret any confusion.
