Subscription

I purchased a full year premium subscription on 5/17/24, but when I login, it says I don't have a subscription. Can you please help?

Hello Rob,
Thank you for your question about your subscription. I think this corrected itself. Here's what we wrote in our last reply:
"Please note that PayPal will send a "cancel" notice to us on July 3. So, on July 3, a month from now, our software will cancel you and so we will need to un-cancel you. If we miss this for some reason, please feel free to write us. I'll keep the ticket for reference."
