So I decided to sign up for a 3-months subscription that was advertised at $21. However, I was instead charged $30. That is not a really good start. Really disappointed.

Thank you for your question about the charge. We refunded $9. I'm not sure what happened here; we do have both a $21 and $30 plan. Are you sure that you selected the correct plan with the "Select Plan" button? In any case, we corrected it for you.
