Hi, I paid the new premium $60/year on 5/17, but I was just charged $12 on 6/5. Paypal is [edited]. Please fix and send me a refund.

Thank you for your question about your subscription. It looks like your 5/3 payment didn't register, but I can see it at PayPal. So, our system allowed a double subscription.
They are both active. Which one do you want to keep? We will refund the other.

The $60/year one is the one I'd like to keep. And then a refund of the $12 I just paid please. Thank you.

Done - it is refunded.
Please note that PayPal will send a "cancel" notice to us on July 3. So, on July 3, a month from now, our software will cancel you and so we will need to un-cancel you. If we miss this for some reason, please feel free to write us. I'll keep the ticket for reference.
