I have been unable to log into my Bidslammer account all day. I am using the Ebay user I.D. and password that I have had for years, but to no avail. If I need to reset it fine. The trouble is, I think that the email address that I have set-up with this account is defunct. I have a new email address. How do I go about resetting this info?

Thanks for your question about recovering your password. Your best bet is to just click "Sign Up" on our home page, and go through the authorization process. This will take you back to your old account; it will not create a duplicate account. It will, however, update your email address.
Also, make sure to reset your passwd after you have completed this process.

Hello, I did go to the "sign up" link. It linked me to the Ebay sign in . However, it gave me no provision to change the email address. All it told me was that the new email that I am trying to change to does not match the ebay email,

Hmm, it should have saved whatever email you have in your eBay profile, and sent a welcome message to it.
Which is the email in your eBay profile: gmail or suddenlink?
Also, at what point in the process did you see the "does not match eBay email" message?
