Hello,
I'm new to Bidslammer and I'm trying to log in for the first time, but having a bit of trouble. I've agreed to the data sharing request between eBay and Bidslammer, and get to the 'Authorisation Successful' screen, where it tells me I am ready to use Bidslammer.
However, when I select 'Start Sniping', I receive the error message in the following link:

I then try to sign in using my eBay username and my current eBay password (Bidslammer never asks me to create a password, only to agree to the data sharing), but it tells me the password is incorrect.
I then try to use the 'Forgot my Password' option, but when I put in my eBay email address, it tells me that the email address is not recognised.
Please can you help me gain access?

Thank you for your question about logging in. Make sure not to use your eBay password here, since we don't use that.

It is supposed to take you to your dashboard after authorization, not the home page. So if the above doesn't solve the issue, I'll watch for your reply and we can take the next step. I have logging turned on now, so I can see what's going on if there is an issue.
