I fill in all the information, set the snipe and it appears that there is no problem. I come back a few minutes later to update the bid and find that all the information has been deleted.

I can see the snipe for item 201625193731 just completed, and it moved over to your "Completed Snipes" tab.

Your note to us gave us an idea. As a result of your writing in, we are going to modify the software to keep the latest bids on the home page for a short while after the auction complete.

I think the last time you looked, the snipe was probably in progress and transitioned over to the Completed Snipes tab.
