I was told that I can change a setting on my account so that my premium service I am subscribed to will not auto-renew. I looked all over your web site, but I cannot find where to make that change. Can you tell me how to change that setting please? Thank you.

Just find the last payment, then click on the subscription number starting with S-XXXXXXXXXXXX, and click CANCEL. We will refund the last payment but please withdraw your dispute inquiry.

Where can I find the last payment? I searched the web site all over, but I did not see anywhere that showed what payments I have made.
I do not need a refund of anything, I fully intend to use the service until it expires, I just do not want it to keep renewing month after month. I don't use the site that often, and I can't afford it, with the whole impending losing-my-job-soon thing going on at work. )-:

I regret that my answer wasn't clear. I mean to follow those instructions at the PayPal site.
It appears someone filed an "Unauthorized Use of PayPal Account" claim, can you withdraw that ;-)
