I just paid recently my monthly subscription. Now when I try to add another snipe I get the message 'You do not have enough snipes to add this one'. There have been so many problems with your service recently. It worked fine for years before - I wish you had left things as they were. Please try and sort this new problem out ASAP. Thanks

p.s. please try to sort this out without cancelling my existing snipes. I don't have time to search through ebay for them again. Also, if the subscription terms have changed i.e. no longer unlimited snipes, then I certainly haven't been informed before automatically renewing my subscription.

p.p.s. my last monthly payment was taken from my paypal account on 9th April yet your system shows I have no current subscription. Another day, another problem.

Thanks for the quick response. It's all working now and my subscription renewal has been updated. Apologies that I felt frustrated by the whole thing.
