I am trying to place a bid, but can't access your site. I was in ebay and clicked on my SlamIt! button. But when SlamIt! window opened, it asked me to log in. I tried logging in using my ebay userid and pw, but I cannot log in. I also tried logging in via bidslammer.com directly using my ebay credentials and cannot.

I am using both my ebay id and pw. Also, on the page you linked to above, the link to "Problems? Please Let us know." returns a 404 Page Not Found error.

Sorry for the late reply to this ticket. We went to investigate and found a bug. It appears that the asterisk in your eBay password is causing a problem. Would it be possible for you to change the password at eBay? It's good practice to change it every 6 months anyway.
