I am being asked to update my eBay password. I fill out the information and click submit, and I get a message that I have not entered a correct e-mail address. I check the address, [edited], and it is correctly entered. For some reason, your system does not recognize my e-mail address as correct. Please fix this ASAP. Thanks.

Instead of @q.com, specify: @mail.q.com

That will work. That is the true email server name.
