Hi, I am unable to refresh/update my watchlist. The option of submit is not showing only the box for updating to a paid service. I have been able to import watchlist until today. Are you now a subscription only service.

Hi, clearly I cannot any longer import my watch list without upgrading and therefore paying a fee. I do not wish to do this as I came to your service as the best free sniping app. I do not require more features than I already have and therefore I instruct you to cancel my membership as I will use an alternative provider.

Thank you for your question about importing your Watch List. Yes, we respond to inquiries, but you only gave us a few hours to respond before you cancelled. You used the phrase "cancel my membership" in the text of the message, so we never saw your second follow-up until now.
