I was charged $20, not the $12 special that I signed up for. The charge was pending, and now went through. The phone number with Amex is not a real number. I have disputed the charge. Please correct.

We already refunded $8 prior to your second note. We refunded it as soon as you wrote. We closed the account for you and refunded the remaining $12.

The account is now on hold! I want to use your service, but only wanted to pay the $12 I thought I was going to pay. I just reviewed my American Express account and I actually received too much credit. Two $8 credits and the $12 credit. Now I need you to charge me $20, for a net payment of $12 and take the account off hold and give me my "winning snipes" back. I'm sorry for all the confusion, but the number listed on my American Express account for the charge is invalid ([edited]). It made me think it was a scam.
