Upgrade

I cannot import my eBay watchlist. Your FAQ says it's because I need to renew my account. When I click on "upgrade" and fill out the form it gives me an error message. I am incredibly frustrated at how badly the rollout of your new features has messed up the site this week. I've lost two days of sniping. Please fix this immediately. Also, until this morning I was not able to submit a ticket because the image for the verification code would not display.

Seriously are you going to fix anything? I still can't import my watchlist or upgrade my account. I think my subscription expired yesterday or the day before. Though I'm not sure I want to renew given you buggy and unreliable this site has become. Next time you're going to roll out an update or new features you might try beta testing them before destroying your site's functionality for three days.

Hello Paul,
Thank you for your the reports. Rest assured we were monitoring and jumped on this as soon as you wrote in. Unfortunately, as you said, one of the bugs was that the Captcha image was broken and so in not receiving any tickets, were not aware of the import issue.
I upgraded you for a free month so you can continue sniping.
We tried to keep everyone posted via the dashboard announcement. We were not aware of how much people used the Import feature. I forgot to test it.
I hope I have answered your concerns. Please let me know if I can help further.

Thank you. The problems are not fully solved. My "Watching" tab is populated with several hundred items that have already ended. My actual watchlist of current items starts on the eighth page of the "Watching" tab, and then only goes for a few pages and cuts off. I do not know if it is updating or not, but I am certain that it is not displaying my full watchlist. It is only showing about 50 current items. (My current ebay watchlist has over 200 active items in it). I think the presence of a few hundred items that have already ended is clogging up the system and preventing the full watchlist of active items from importing.

Ok. The Watching tab thing was something someone requested, for reasons I now dismiss thanks to your note. It is reverted to previous operation.
Here's how the import works now.
1. We grab the first 200 items.
2. Iterate.
3. If it isn't in our database yet, it is added.
4. Otherwise ignore.
And so after carefully reading your post, yes, it is quite possible that you have something on your watch list that ended and is polluting the list.
While I'm at it --- as this bug made it evident from other posts of the extraordinary value of the Import feature --- I can improve the import feature to check to see if there is more than 1 page, and then just grab all of them.
Give me a couple of days. Thanks.

Thank you. That issue now seems to be resolved. My watch list appears to be fully populated and up to date.
The orange "Remove from watch list and bidslammer" button does not appear to work.
I appreciate your diligence in working out these bugs.

I think that button works now.
