I'm looking to upgrade my service to the full year package, but I can't find how to do that. Can you please help me out with it?

Hello Chris,
Thank you for your question about upgrading. The process for this is to cancel the existing subscription, allow it to finish, and then sign up again. It expired on 10/05 so you can upgrade now.
You can track your current subscription in the upper-left corner of your Dashboard, under the navigation bar.
