Your customer service is terrible. I was a BidSlammer client quite some time ago. I still had service left, that I had paid for, when you guys changed the format. I asked what happened to the bids I still had left, and had paid for, and nothing. Please refund my "UPGRADE" from yesterday, and I will find another bid service.
