Upgraded to snipe and it does not work. No 3 second fuse on bids only 10 seconds. Cleared cashe etc ... why am I having so many issues?

Ok good deal. So in short, we tried to cancel the duplicate charges for you. The problem is (and the confusion arose when) the monthly charge didn't update the subscription. That's ok now.
If you were to change your eBay ID today, we'd automatically detect it and just update your existing account. Unfortunately, you joined about a month before we put that in, so you have the two accounts.
We'd like to refund the second account again. Is it the "Kbrooks459" account that you would like to keep using? If so, we can disable the other account so that you will not have any more issues.

Thank you for looking into this. It was such a pain. My Old UID is kbrooks459 My new (preferred) UID is LumisNumis. I think the LumisNumis ID is where I paid the annual subscription and then could never login again. So I ended up having to rejoin until we got this fixed. Thanks for the refund. I'm not sure how many months have gone by on the annual subscription that I couldn't use? Is there anyway I could get the subscription extended please? Thanks again. Sorry for the confusion. -Kevin

Sure, no problem ... if you weren't receiving our responses, there's not much you can do. It happens.
We'll reset the subscription. First, we have to "suspend" the dupe PayPal subscription and then refund it. Don't "cancel" because then, PayPal will send us a notice to turn off the subscription.
I'll write again after we did that.
