It says bid ok but no bids made and I didn't get it. What happened?

I just looked and status went from won to bid to low. Makes no sense. There are no bids. Is there a way to contact the seller after it went unsold?

Check out your Completed Snipes tab, and hover over the status icon. It should list the actual bid placement times there. That way you know that if there are times listed, then we did place the snipes. If we get the same result for all snipes, we know we executed ok and there is another circumstance listed on that article.

No times are listed and I was charged $1.29

You are right; the snipe times are not showing. This explains a lot, actually, as others said they could not see it. I will make sure we correct that ASAP.

So why didn't I get it?

I have not had a chance to investigate what we encountered when we placed the snipe yet. It is always one of the circumstances listed on our help page at http://bidslammer.com/blog/25/. To determine the reason requires some help from the customer as we don't have browsing access to your account.

I can see what you see. It's just a default status it gives when it can't figure out any of the other 25 reasons. Those error messages have to be parsed from eBay pages and they change all of the time, unfortunately.

OK now I see what happened. Auction ended at 6:01 and snipe was added at 16:01:37 or 37 seconds AFTER auction ended.

No, that isn't correct. The auction ended at 16:01:43, and we placed our snipe at 16:01:37, which was the four (4) seconds that you requested plus two (2) seconds to spare.

Please check you "Completed Snipes" tab as we recently started listing snipe placement times on that page. If you see times listed, this means we did place snipes okay.

If we get the same result for all snipes then we attempt to determine the reason; about 99.9% of the time, the issue is something on that list I gave.

If you have reviewed the list and still have concerns or questions please let us know if you think something else is wrong.
