My bid was almost $50 more than the winning bid! It says my snipe was in with no errors. So why , after the auction closed, was there an error??? I am quite upset about this. Please explain why I lost -- this is not the first time this has happened, and it is exfrustrating.

Thank you for your question about this item. You are correct about the reserve. We normally check for this, but for some reason, eBay didn't give the usual error message.
I updated the status. The system should catch it next time.
