Hello Burt,

I do see snipe times listed on the Completed tab, so we do know the snipes were placed ok. When I checked the log to see what we encountered when we placed the snipes, eBay did "accept" the bid submission, but they returned a "Captcha" page when we tried to log you in.

Sorry that this error wasn't clear, we do place snipes very well, but sometimes it is very difficult to determine the reason the snipe wasn't accepted; we have to parse (read) the result page that comes back from eBay.

Take care,

Can I get a refund of my remaining balance since this has happened to me four times over the last several months and makes your service worthless to me.

Hello Burt,

I investigated these snipes to see what we encountered when we placed the snipe. eBay accepted our submission, but returned a Captcha dialog.

Since it appears to be random, this usually means that your password contains a dictionary word or proper noun, or the password lacks variety. Or, perhaps you have not changed your eBay password in over a year.

eBay scores passwords. It is all about increasing your odds of getting a bid through, so we created a handy troubleshooting guide. The step that we wish you to take at this time is number (3):

http://bidslammer.com/help/bulletproof/ (step 3)

Note: We realize this may be your "favorite" password, which may work directly on the eBay site. But because eBay is more strict for bids that do not originate from your private computer, we ask that you make the change so that we can honor our guarantee.

If you continue to experience issues after taking that step, please let us know right away.

Cheers,
