I recently had an item I had been looking for a long time and I signed up with your site and even UOGRADED to ensure my chances of winning were good and I outbid them and set up a 3 second bid for over $30 than what they sold for....what went wrong and I would like to talk with someone please so I know what im doing wrong so this doesn't happen to me again. I am not happy at all!!!!

Thank you for your question about your snipe. You added this snipe only seconds before it ended, at 15:59 eBay time, when it closed at 16:00 eBay time. We advertise that we need at least two minutes setup time for every snipe.
