Hi,
I won several auctions. 2 of which arrived at my house with payment processed, all well. However, the others, which were bid on at the same time as those previous mentioned, claimed "Payment did not go through, so you lose your item".
I have not made any changes to my card. Please advise.

Thank you for your question about this error message. That is not an error that is generated from our site. Could you direct me how to see that error?
I think you might be asking about Bid Groups. By definition, any items you place in a Bid Group will be turned off as soon as you win an item in that group. You can tell them apart: The "win in group" icon is slightly different than the "win" icon. (The smiley face is winking.)
