This was my first snipe using your system. I bid £70.00 more than the winning bid. Your system says that my "snipe" was completed, so why didnt I win the auction?

Thank you for your question about your first snipe. It appears that you need to refresh your authorization for some reason. The best way to resolve this is to click "Sign Up" on our home page and follow the prompts. You will be taken to your snipe home page, where you can add snipes again.
