I put in a snipe bid of $71. The sold price was $46. How is it possible I did not win? Why did I not have the winning bid?

The system must just be slow I finally received confirmation on my win from eBay even though bidslammer dashboard said I lost

This now the second bid I put in with Bidslammer and I had put in high bid of $21 and the winning bid was $15.50. Yesterday I had the same issue with a bid I placed and had a high bid o9f $71 and the winning bid was $36. eBay got my bid that was placed by Bidslammer so I did get the win, but now I am having the same issue with item 195646174081 that I had put in Bidslammer. Could someone please look into this as I have several other bids in with Bidslammer and do not want to have to go through this each and every auction item. Did I win the item or not?

Seeing how I have not heard anything from this I have cancelled my bidslammer bids and it seems that I have wasted my money on software that does not work. You frequently asked questions was no help either. as it said things that are just not true. I contacted the seller on the latest auctions I had placed bids with Bidslammer and has no policy limiting the number of items, so there is no reason that I should lose out on bids for the reasons in the frequently asked questions. Unless you can show me the real reason why my snipe bids did not work I will request a refund and find a software company who delivers. Sorry for this rant but I have now lost out on an item that was a once only opportunity.

Thank you for your question about this item. As you can see from your Completed tab, we did place multiple snipes for you. But it appears that as of 2023-03-13 18:30:01 PDT, your eBay is suspended.
For the first item you mentioned, eBay sometimes needs about 5 minutes to correctly report the "won" status.
