None of my items are in groups but you are saying they are and not bidding. what the hell? I want a refund for my premium account NOW!

Thank you for your question about your snipes. You have been putting your items in groups. By definition, any items you place in a Bid Group will be turned off as soon as you win an item in that group.

In short, it sounds like you have been using groups as folders. But groups are not folders.
