Instead of bidding with 3 seconds left in the auction, your software bidder at 10 minutes left and I lost the item. At the time you bid, I was high bidder but that left time for the others to bid again...

We did bid early on this as a result of the time change, which wasn't intentional, however at the time of five seconds before the end, there were already proxy bids that were higher. There is no way you would have won the item anyway.

The time change was not for days after this auction ended. At the time my bid was placed I was high bidder over the previous "private listing" bidder. At the end he/she bid again and ended just above my maximum... Your explanation does not seem correct given there was not a time change and I believe I would have won. I would like a credit for the fees you charged me at a minimum and more accurate explanation for the error. Thank you.

I was mistaken that it was related to daylight savings. However the winning sniped the auction at 3 seconds remaining with a much higher bid than yours. It only shows $1,000 but the bid was probably much higher. Again, there is no way you would have won.
