Issue with Authorization

The authorization was not successful. If this is your first time receiving this error, please try to authorize again.

Before contacting support, please try these steps:
  1. Temporarily disable your VPN if you're using one
  2. Try from mobile data instead of your home/work network
  3. Check for security software (antivirus, firewall, browser extensions) that may be blocking the connection

Other possible reasons for failure:

  1. You refreshed/reloaded your browser page during authorization.
  2. You clicked "Decline" on the eBay authorization screen.
  3. You clicked the BACK button on your browser.
  4. You have cookies disabled or are blocking cookies for *.bidslammer.com.
  5. You have an ad blocker enabled that needs to whitelist our site (bidslammer.com).

If you have a brand new account with eBay, eBay may need more credentials from you. Please ensure that you have completed 2-factor authentication setup at eBay.com.

If you had an account prior to March 2020 and haven't used it since then, OR you changed your eBay UserID recently, please open a support ticket so we can perform a necessary manual step.
