HI PLEASE MAY I HAVE A REFUND OF MY SUBSCRIPTION AS I WAS BADLY LET DOWN WITH THIS ITEM THAT SOLD FOR £13.39 WHEN MY MAXIMUM BID WAS £52. IF I CANNOT RELY ON YOUR SYSTEM TO WORK FOR ME I SEE NO POINT IN CONTINUING AS A SUBSCRIBER. IF ON THE OTHER HAND YOU CAN ASSURE ME THAT THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN THEN EXTEND MY SUBSRIPTION TO A YEAR COMPLEMENTORY TO MAKE UP FOR THIS PROBLEM

Thank you for your question about an item that you did not win. We investigated to see what we encountered when we placed your bids. We placed the same snipes from two locations and each returned the same result.
Unfortunately, there are some circumstances we can't catch until we place the bid. Sellers can set fairly strict preferences in regard to which buyers from whom they will accept bids. Many of them are are considered private and not disclosed to us. We can rule out many of those for your account, but we have no way to know for certain.
