This page outlines how we manage your personal information while you use
our site and services.
We will never sell or rent your personal information. We will
only disclose it if required by law, such as in response to subpoenas
or court orders.
We use encryption across the site. All pages are secured with
HTTPS, indicated by the padlock in your browser.
We do not store eBay passwords. We never ask for or have access
to your eBay password. Instead, we use eBay's official OAuth system,
which provides us with encrypted authorization tokens. You remain in
full control and can revoke our access at any time via eBay's
Third-Party App Access page. Once revoked, bids will not be
executed until you
re-authorize.
We encrypt API keys at rest. If you use our BYOK (Bring Your
Own Key) feature for BidWiser, your OpenAI API key is encrypted using
AES-256-GCM before being stored in our database. The key is only
decrypted at the moment we make an API call on your behalf - it is
never logged, displayed in our admin tools, or sent back to your
browser.
We never store credit card information. All transactions are
processed directly by the merchant.
We use cookies to recognize you when you return and to save
your Dashboard preferences. Upon registering, we store your name,
eBay ID, email, and zip code for shipping calculations. We do not
collect or store physical addresses.
BidSlammer may update this policy, but we will never share your
personal information.
