Go to your Completed tab and click the log icon () next to the snipe. This shows the exact error message eBay returned.

Trouble logging in or accessing your account?
Before opening a ticket, please try using the "Log in with eBay" button below. Most account access issues are resolved with this step. If you have changed your eBay ID since you last used BidSlammer, no problem: We will detect the change and grant access to your old account.

Trouble refreshing bid and price information?
There is a "Refresh" botton at the top of the table on your "Current Snipes" tab. If you click that, it will refresh the information to the latest values.
If that doesn't work, and the problem continues for over an hour, please let us know.

Inquring About Bid Groups?
"Bid Groups" are not folders - they are groups of snipes for which you only want to win one item. Once you win an item in a Bid Group, we shut off all of the other snipes in that group. Please see our help page on Bid Groups for more information.
