(EDITED 3/27:) A runaway GoogleBot is attacking the site. It is likely was what was causing the graudal site slowdown over the last month. Millions of web pages were submitted. (Google: thanks but no thanks.) While not a system malfunction, it's our obligation to contact Google. Snipes are not affected.

If you are asking the status of a snipe, first check your Completed tab. See the error that eBay returned by hovering over the error icon (). Or, to see each a log of action we took, click the log icon ().

Common questions:

Can't Login?

There are several ways to login. If none of those work, it is likely because you are using the wrong credentials. If you try to mail a login link, please ensure that you are using the email address associated with your eBay account.

Can't Authorize?

Try the link one more time.

After you authenticate, check your My eBay Third-Party Access tab and check the date of the authorization to see if access was granted correctly.

Missed Snipe Info is on Your "Completed" Tab

Read the error
Any issues we encountered with your snipe are shown on your Completed Snipes tab. Just hover your mouse over the icon to see the error we encountered when we placed your snipe.


Check the log
There is also a log icon next to each snipe. Each snipe is logged in detail. Click the log icon to see deep-dive details for every snipe.


Please note: It's unlikely that we missed a snipe, as we place 3 bids from 3 locations for every snipe.

If that doesn't work, Log in with eBay . This will take you to your dashboard.

Cancel Recurring Payments

When you cancel payments, your subscription continues uninterrupted until the end of its term.


If you paid with PayPal:
  1. Enter your subscription id ()) in the search box.
  2. If you don't see your subscription, go to your Dashboard on our site, click "Subscription" in the left navbar, get your subscription ID, and put that in the PayPal search box.
  3. Click any payment listed, and under "Status," choose the "Cancel" option.


If you paid with a credit card, no action is needed because your subscription is not recurring.
