What is BidWiser?

BidWiser is an AI-powered listing analysis tool that helps you make smarter bidding decisions on eBay. It's a power user feature integrated directly into your BidSlammer dashboard.

How It Works

When you click the BidWiser shield icon next to any listing on your dashboard, we:

1. Fetch data from 5 different eBay API calls (item details, seller info, feedback history, shipping, and store details)
2. Analyze the data using ChatGPT 4o-mini with our specially designed prompts
3. Generate reliability scores for the seller, listing, and overall transaction
4. Display green flags, yellow cautions, and red warnings in an easy-to-read popup

Image Analysis

BidWiser can also analyze listing images to detect potential defects and damage:

• Check a box to enable image scanning for any listing
• AI analyzes up to 12 images for visible issues
• See results displayed under each thumbnail
• Detects scratches, dents, wear, missing parts, and more

Note: Image analysis can only detect what's visible in photos. Internal damage or hidden defects cannot be assessed.

This is a Premium feature that requires an upgrade, but free accounts can use it 25 times per day.

Results are cached for 10 days, so re-analyzing the same item is instant and free.
